Sit ups?????????????????!


Question: If I only do sit ups/crunches and SOME cardio and a diet but not a huge diet will that make me flatten my stomach and help show my six pack you can already start to see it but will it show more if I only do sit ups and crunches with a low diet and not much cardio?

proper nutrition and compound movement exercises are the go...forget the situps...

you will never see your "six pack" unless you lose the layer of fat on top of your abs. the only way to do that is through cardio. you can do a million crunches a day but it wont show through unless you do that cardio.

yea some cardio but situps really do help
