How can you lose weight on your thighs?!


Question: You can't lose weight from specific parts of the body. Everyone's body has spots where it tends to gain and lose weight from first. All you can do is eat healthy and exercise, lose weight in general, and it will come from your thighs when it's time. Usually, for women especially, that's one of the first places they gain or lose lbs.

After losing the pounds, you can spot train to tone your muscles by doing resistance and or weight training and focus on your thighs.

Pilates elongates muscles

squats are good my dad says ^_^ and you can try standing in a horse stance for a while to help them strengthen then up. I need help on my thighs too so yeah.....
