Any tips to lose weight rapidly/steadily, 3 or so pounds a week (hopefully). I c!


Question: I don't want to hurt my body or go on any fad diets. i just want the weight to drop off but can't seem to get motivated. I am 14 years old, 148 pounds, and i am 5' 7". Please any tips would be helpful. Thankyou in advance.

I wouldn't recommend the heavy clothes, u could get heat stroke. Eat lotsa veggies n fruits, excercise 30 minutes a day. That will help.

Just run/jog/swim alot, and eat fewer calories.

If you want something to wear that will make you lose calories quicker, get an xvest or other weighted clothing.

wearing trackpants etc will not make you lose weight faster...it will just make you sweat more and lose water weight.

Swimming would be the best activity for you and you should try a diet tape...like duct tape to prevent you from eating all the time.

get off buttocks . work up a sweat . do something strenuous for several hours a day . walk everywhere . be busy so as to not be eating junk . eat several fruits a day . repeat . diet alone will NOT do it , exercise !
