Exercise motivation?!


Question: i need some help starting an exercise program. i'm kind of embarrassed to have a workout partner because i've gained a lot of weight in the past year but i've heard it helps to have someone exercise with you. i just need some motivation to get started! any suggestions??

Don't worry about the others! Bring some great music with you while doing cardio. I think the treadmill is boring but walking is a good start. Go slowly. I think working out with a friend is distracting because you wind up talking instead of focusing on what your supposed to be doing like exercising. That's just me! You may enjoy the company and the competition!

If you wanna lose weight stop worrying about how much you already weigh, don't be afraid about working out with people, if you think it will help don't be embarresed or else youll stay big

FIND SOMEONE TO WORKOUT WITH AND IF YOUR THE COMPETITIVE TYPE THIS WILL WORK EVEN BETTER :)

If you have a pet take it for long walks! Also start to drink a lot of water and stay hydrated!!! And if you walk alone pick up trash along you walk and throw it away in a trash can and you'll be helping yourself and the planet! Also where proper clothing cause you do not want to freeze!!
