Natural ways to lose weight?!


Question: Ok so:
1- I hate cooking
2- I workout everyday
3- I'm a vegetarian

My weight is stuck at 205 pounds. Any advice?

just go jog a few miles every week and even tho ur a vegetarian, u should still watch what ur eating. if ur eating too much junk then that could be the problem. and if u go out to eat there might be some extra oil/fat in the food, for intance,pizza. no added oil, but after the cheese is done thers a whole bunch of oil. i use a napkin to take it all off. hope this helps u

do you drink a lot of water? i think that can help..

wow usualy vegiterians are skinny

you are vegetarian ???? as i know vegetarian people do not get weight ? but in this case i assume that you are eating lots of fast food and from outside and usually they put lots of fats in their cooking to make the food good as they thought
in your case i advise you to eat lots of fruit like banana,apples ,pineapples,grapefruit.....ex
and consume the amount of sodium and sugary things in your food ,do exercise as much as you can walk or use bicycle instead of driving

Eat less than you normally would.

Try to exercise more in your day to day life (walk wherever you can).

Try to have low-carb evening meals, without too much bread, pasta, rice or potatoes.
