chicken breast=23g per 4oz.
eggs=5-7g per egg depending on size
Definitely go for the whey protein powder, it makes life so much easier. Like today I've still got 30g of protein to get through, but just one scoop of weigh protein mixed with milk before I go to bed and it's done.
