What exercises or what type of weight lifting should get my muscles up for runni!

well, Im a sprinter in Track, and I played football as a Lineman last year because i weighed 194, i now weigh 148 and I am a Wide Reciever, I run a 4.5 40 yard dash, but I never really have done weightlifting with running, I got my Sprinting ability by just Sprinting and Hill Sprints - Hill Sprints give you leg muscle, makes you faster, Cardio-vascular endurance goes up, and It reduces Injury as in Muscle Pulls.. but if you want, Squats willl make you more powerful but slower because it trains slow twitch muscles and it Bulks your Hips, I can squat 285lbs, but that was back in May, i havent squated since, but if you squat be sure you Strecth out your Hips, and Calf Raises Will give you an advantage because your calves is what makes you run faster basically, Shoulders For Your Arm Swing Power, and Chest for Pull, Stronger Chest makes a stronger pull therefore making you faster..but, I never really Use weightlifting for my legs, I recommend Hill Sprints though, but you can do what you want though.
