I would say, depending on your build, 100-115 lbs.

the person who said 120-130 is WRONG! im 5'8 (as in 7 inches taller than you and obviously taller needs to weigh more) and im only supposed to weigh around 120-130 so you could probably weigh less than that, like anywhere from 100-115 (depending on your bone structure size)

if youre athletic and eat healthy im guessing youre at the weight that you should be
