Question: Alright hello!
SOO im trying to lose weight u see
i weight 130 and im 5,5 (eww i kno so gross right?)
and if i take in about 400 a day will i lose weight?
i also want to know how long it will take for me to start losing weight?
and im trying to get my weight down to like 115-120
so how long will that take?

Up your calorie intake to 800 because if you 400 you will feel sick all the time!!! I am eating 800 cals a day and today is my fifth day on the diet and i have lost 4 pounds already!!!

First of all, you aren't fat... I'm only two inches taller and I weigh 133. Are you saying you're going to take in 400 calories a day? Thats very unhealthy! Starving yourself won't help. Exercising is the best way to lose weight, but start off with small things, like going on long, brisk walks or lifting light weights. According to your BMI, you are at a normal weight. Consider what you are about to do as a lifestyle change and not a quickie diet. You must eat and eat well with balanced and vairty.

It took me 3 years to lose a stone a year and that was 1 to 2 pounds a week. You need to space your meals so you always have energy and exercise.

The healthy weight range for a 5'5" woman is 117 to 155 pounds. The small frame range is 117 to 130. If you have an extremely light bone structure this is your range. At 130 you are at the top, but that does not mean you are at all over weight. You aren't tall enough to model, so just stay put and consider a healthy eating and exercise program that will likely tone your body and take off some weight.
