do a good half an hour of intense exercise (something that gets your heart going)
then you should do small amounts of exercise (even jogging on the spot for a minuet)

this is good because doing half an hour of exercise gets your metabolism moving for a little bit, if you do things that get your heart pumping that tad bit faster for a couple of mins about 10-15 times a day then your body is making ur metabolism go faster all day!!!
