Running help?!


Question: i have been on a diet for the past 5 days and i been running around the block for the past 2 days! I stretch before i run!!! I mainly do the legs since they cramp easy!!! But when i get home my calves cramp up really bad!! What should i do to help it??

dont stretch before! in the when your 1/4 or 1/2 the way take a quick stretch out your legs. then when you get home stretch. you will burn more calories and your legs wont cramp.(thats what my old trainer said)

The most important thing to do is to stretch immediately after you're done running....there is new research that shows that stretching is not so important as stretching after. Also, try and do a cooldown lap, of a slow jog ( what we call survival jog) or a walk, if you choose a jog, be sure to do a little walk and not try too stop too abruptly.
