ask Barry Bonds

lots dont do it... go natural.. :)

depends what ur taking, protein, creatine are good for you, if ur taking pre workout formulas like noxplode, these products have a not of n02 and caffine, they can mess around with ur head a little

Yes - anything you put into your body can have side effects. ANYTHING.
So why do it? They don't work, are a waste of money, can have harmful side effects - what's the point?????
Why do people have the idea that if it's natural it can't harm you ?????
Belladonna is natural - so is cyanide.
So is snake venom.
Natural can kill you.
Skip the supplements.

Non of the supplement products are evaluated by the FDA, so you can't really be sure what your taking. No one regulates it.
You could be swallowing somebodys yard clipping for all you know.
thay can also effect the way prescribed medicine acts in your body. Some of the supplements can cause your meds not to be absorbed at all. or too fast

Depending on what you are taking. Generally alot of the supplements are really harsh on your liver so you should be taking a liver tonic or liver repair
