How to count calories?!


Question: the only way i can think is if egg is 50 calories and butter is 100 and salt 100 then that 250 i have eaten so i can subtract that from my daily intake is it more to it the numbers is just a e.g

yup that's how ya do it..have a look at the link....
If your goal is 1500 calories a day then say, a green salad has 40 calories (no dressing). That leaves you with 1460 calories for the day... exercise calories are free calories. If you exercise and burn off 250 calories then you can add 250 calories back into your eating plan for that day. So..last example... You start with 1500 calories.
If you ate the 250 calories at breakfast. Then ran for 30 minutes and burned off 250 calories. You would still have the original 1500 calories for the days food plan. So more exercise is a good thing...good luck
