Is this ok *excercise*?!


Question: if i excersised like 3-4 times a week for like 30 mins..
and on the other days did like 30mins of pilates

... ate like around 800-1000cals. *some of the cals being unhealthy.. like chocolate etc* but MAINLY healthy.

would i lose weight?

Yes you will lose weight.
Although, you shouldn't eat 800-1000 calories a day. Just cut 500 from your diet. Cutting too many can cause you to gain wait. because you body is deoprives from food, So it will turn to fat easier.

You should also Cardio exercise about 4-5 days a week for about 45-60 minutes. The other days, do something like Yoga or pilates.

Make it high protein so you don't lose so much muscle mass.

You will definitely lose. Try not to overdo it though, or you can get some health problems.

People are stupid you cant burn more calories then you eat your body will start devouring itself. Its really simple google calorie intake calculator 500 calories less a week = 1 pound of body fat lost. I really don't know anybody that should eat less then at least 1200 calories per week especially if some of the calories are bad.
