Have u tried the raw food diet?!

yes,I read it was a cure for everything- it was a boring & short experience for me,so I gave it up after a week-
Well,at least I dont eat meat & have cut out all sweets & drinks apart from water,,

You know what I have answered diet questions before with this same answer and it really really does work.
Forget dieting. All you need to do is cut out all the sweets and crap and you know what that is and walk a full hour everyday. The weight will fall off believe me. Full hour together mind, not half in the morning and half again later. Try it.

My sister did the raw food diet, and lost a colossal amount of weight. Within about 3 months she dropped about 3 dress sizes and seemed healthy. I think it's really important to research it really carefully though, there's a lot of choice than one might think, and it's obviously important to keep healthy as possile in the winter months.

I lost two stone i could n't catch that damn chicken for love nor money good luck lol

I tried it but it made me constantly bloated so now i just stick to a diet that consists of veggies (mostly cooked), some raw fruits occasionally, beans, nuts, seeds, healthy fats, tempeh, peanut butter occasionally. I try to avoid grains, sugar and trans fats. and im vegan.
