Exercise Plans?!


Question: I am a 13 year old girl who hates te excerise... so it is catching up on me. I really want to work out... but I need ideas. Is there anyway to make my workout fun? In your answer... please include what to do, any website you got it from, how long to do it, how to make it fun, and tell me what you do to exercise. I am open to any suggestions!

you can do so many things to have fun and exercise. You can dance in your room to your favorite music or even go on a walk with a friend(but not a slow walk). Pretty much anything that involves getting off of your butt for 20-30 minutes will be good exercise compared to doing nothing at all.

gey ure music up high and start dancing for 60 minutes every day. I also reccomend drinking water and eating after. I lost plenty of weight by doing that
