Well, Energy drinks are extremely bad for you (Here I say that and I drink them all the time lmfao) anyways. They have a high amount of sugar and caffiene. Not to mention the artificial preservatives and additives that they add to those things. If you want natural energy, try protein, vitamin B6 and B12, increase the amount of green vegetables in your diet. And make sure your getting atleast 6-8 hours of sleep a night.
