Does lifting weights really stunt your growth?!

Question: or is that just an excuse for people to be lazy?

Answers: or is that just an excuse for people to be lazy?

there is absolutely no medical data that supports statements that heavy resistance training retards the growth of the human skeletal system in the adolescent.

there are insufficient levels of androgens in the body in the prepubescent child and the time in training is insufficient for them to even be able to lift heavy loads. it takes many, many years to master the form in most compound exercises before any real progress can be made. heavy is also subjective, what is heavy to one person may be extremely light to another

well. for teenagers, the answer is yes, because they are still growing. Too much exercise for a teenager is very bad for their growth. When I mean too much exercise I meant 2 hours and 30 mins plus!. But however, it is even more worst for girls who overdue exercise, because their period will stop.

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her (100% natural). I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product (all natural) which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website
