HELP!! my stomach gets on my nerves

Steps
-Eat healthier and cut down on junk food, such as replacing potato chips and chocolate with fruit. You'll see a world of difference.

-Watch how many soft drinks you consume. Consider flavored water as an alternative if you must.

-Do aerobic exercise daily at a 30 minute minimum and include 1-2 day(s) rest break each week. Anything that brings your heart rate up. Take up dancing, running,, tae-bo. (Power walking will only build your legs.)

-Eat lots of lean protein (like turkey and skinless chicken)fruits and dark vegetables, and whole wheat breads and grains. They keep you fuller longer than white breads like in cakes, cookies, and sweets.

-To better work the entire abdominal region, vary your exercises: crunches work the upper abdomen; leg raises work the lower abdomen; side bends work the obliques or also known as love handles.

-It is better to aim at burning fat altogether since it is impossible to spot train. And sure, you can do 100 daily crunches. But if you've got a layer of fat covering up your ab work, than what's the point? You need to burn the stomach fat to see the changes.

-Consider some form of an aerobic exercise, as well. Some simple resistance training, or light weight lifting, will not only help you burn fat more efficiently, but tone up the rest of your body as well.

-Raising your metabolic rate is crucial. The higher your metabolic rate, the more energy (and thus fat) you'll burn even when you aren't doing anything. Try compound exercises like deadlifts with heavier weights.

Tips
-Get someone to workout with you so you'll inspire each other. If you can't find anyone, try imagining you are with someone you know, a celebrity, or an athlete with abs you admire (this usually works better than actually working out with said athlete). Pretend they're there with you as you workout.

-Music will also do wonders to get a workout moving along.

-While crunches are good for your abdominal muscles, make sure that you have a well rounded weight loss program. Millions of crunches won't help if you eat buckets of ice cream everyday!

-Be patient! A flat stomach is harder to attain for some people than others, depending on your base level of fitness.

-Doing crunches on an exercise ball will specifically target your abdominal muscles, while doing them on the floor strengthens mostly hip muscle. Just the act of balancing on the ball alone will help tone abdominal must.

Warnings

-Do not starve yourself! If you do, your results will be temporary and you will feel frustrated sooner (and will give up quicker) And when you starve yourself, your body goes into something called "Starvation Mode" and it causes your body to obtain fat and it begins to eat your muscle instead of your fat. This slows down your metabolism (the thing that digests your food) and causes weight gain.

GOOD LUCK!

let me guess......exercise.. THATS IT!!!

sit ups, but have patience though. You're not going to see results from one day to the next.

someone on here told someone that they should try going into the push up position but instead of using ur hands use ur elbows. hold it for as long as u can, do it as many times a day as possible but it should be done at least 20 times....i'm trying it out to see what happens.

crunches and various ab workouts build the muscle, but that is only part of the problem. another factor in it is body fat. it is very, very hard to reduce your fat levels down to where you are toned and firm. what i recommend is a program that tones your body as a whole. the extra muscle mass will help burn calories, which will allow you to eat more and still hold a low fat percentage. also, you have to account for your natural build and genetics. some people are programmed to hold on to a certain amount of fat, and not everyone has it in them to have those six-pack abs. you have to find a balance that works well with your genetics.

If you want to reduce your weight, you need to do a lot of exercise to accelerate your metabolism. It's better if you do cardiovascular exercise, because this kind of exercise helps you burn fat...

You should begin with a good eating plan, combining fats and sweets with fruits and vegetables. It will be better if you drink at least eight glasses of water daily to control your calories and your cholesterol.

If you want you can use some pills to control your weight and to accelerate the process of burning fat.

I know some pills which you can use to reduce your weight. Those pills are Xenical. Its results are excellent and fast.
