Is there a website where i can find out how to stay fit and how can i keep a bal!

Question: Don't restrict your diet. Just eat healthy things like fruits and veggies. Make sure you get protein! Also just go to a gym and run on a tred mill and lift some weights. You don't need a website to tell you how to be healthy.

Oh and swimming is a very good form of exercise. Go yo your local YMCA and do some laps! ;)

This one is very good:

www.mypyramidtracker.gov
This site allows you to enter your food intake and the amount you burn a day to help you reach your goal.

The best thing you can do is go to a local gym, and ask for a training routine, but you got to go every day and you'll get what you want, it all depends on you, The diet thing you can also ask to some trainer there. Trust me the gym is the best place for staying fit.

better site, imho

www.ediets.com would be worth a look, I know people who have used the UK version successfully.

They give you a meal plan with interchangeable meals, so you can switch any that you don't like. It works out your portion sizes etc and even gives you a shopping list.

They also have a section to help you with your fitness, and to help you to maintain your weight rather than gain or lose any.
