Im already pritty fat, my gut is pudgy nd rolly. how can i gain more fat fast?!


Question: im about 140 pounds nd i wanna get to at least 180 by the end of christmas hols which is 8 weeks away.
i started about a week ago nd ive gained 12 pounds by going to fast food places every day. how can i increase these numbers? i want my stomach to hang oveer my pants and become really pudgy nd rolly how do i do it quickly?

keep going with the fast food. it will make u gain fat like crazy which is wat u want right? n e ways if u get sick of fast food eat bread nd ice cream befor u go to bed.. wen u wake up u will have a few more rolls of fat i tried it nd gained 30 pounds nd ive got the stomach that hangs over my belt.. i didnt think it was possible but my pecks are no longer.. they used to be muscle now they r pockets of fat that fold over onto me chest. good luck with the weight gain.

I'm not sure why would you risk your health in that manner but here's the key principles:

1. Stay up late at night.
2. Sleep in during the day whenever possible.
3. Less physical activities.
4. Do NOT eat breakfast. Stick to one or two big meals a day.
5. Eat after midnight.

Follow those 5 and it might even take 8 weeks.
