neither of those supplements have an effect on the sex hormones. regular exercise should have a positive effect on the sex drive.

if you added whey and creatine and are training harder then you were previously you need to increase your caloric intake and your water intake.

Actually quite the opposite...lol. I supplement with Whey protein and BCAAs.It doesn't affect me. I don't take Creatine because it put to much weight on me. But hey,everything effects everyone different.

Heck no, you should not have a decrease. One of the best things you can do for your sex life is to have a steady work out plan. Exercise boosts your metabolism, your endurance and your self image. When you feel pumped up and you look good, things should be getting better...not decreasing.

Now whey, nothing wrong with that when used apprioately, drink after your routine and this helps muscle recovery. Stay away from creatine. There's nothing natural about it, not that I am an organic person, but it's artificial and most of the results you see are from water retention caused by the creatine... Besides the chemicals in it do terrible things to your body.
