eat breakfast every morning, it's the most important meal!

drink a bottle of water upon rising also!

wait a while then exercise...

the more you eat, the faster your metabolism, just make sure the food is healthy and try to keep it as organic as you can ;-)

cardio rocks especially when you're listening to your favorite jam!

i like to work out on my gazelle to janet, sade or bjork music video dvd's, depends on my mood.

It's best to eat a small snack prior to the workout and a breakfast after. A larger breakfast can slow you down. Also, your body has been fasting for a number of hours. If you don't eat prior to the excercise, your body will rely more on your fat reserves. If you eat then excercise, your body will begin converting the food into energy for your excersice.

i find if i work hard physically or workout before eating my appetite seems smaller and i dont feel the need to eat as much

eat first and wait a while.

You should eat breakfast.. eat a big balanced breakfast with fruits, maybe some protein- eggs, and maybe milk

hour later, you can start working out.

I think since your body needs all those calories to burn, it's better to eat an hour or more before.

carb up! if you notice your energy lacking: listen to your body, it knows itself better than you, your doc, your nutritionist, or anybody else.

You should eat a small, healthy meal before you work out. Eating first actually should help you burn more fat because it gets your metabolism started. After you work out then have a snack of with protein in it.

I would say as long as you have a couple of hours in between the time you eat and the time that you work out then that should be fine ....

Repeat this mantra...

Eat when you are hungry.
Don't eat when you are not hungry.

I have heard it said the most important thing about nutrition is listening to your body. Sounds like you hear your body just fine...now obey. Make it a light breakfast so you don't feel like throwing up...you can always follow-up with a second breakfast if you need it.

u dont wanna fill up before you exercise. exercising while full is always unpleasent, and not recieving energy before running is a bad idea as well. i'd say eat some carbs before: like some toast for energy with water to hydrate, and then something afterwards as well.

You can Have egg whites or oatmeal before a workout in the morning or a fruit nothing heavy.

And start off with a half gallon of water a day.
And the best breakfast is American Whey protein shakes with a fruit.

Good luck:

If you are going to eat before a workout do it about an hour before. I personally, if I'm going to work out in the morning, have a protein shake 45-hr before I hit the gym. Then about 45 minutes after I leave the gym i get a solid meal in me.

It's best to eat a full meal after you workout. Your body's muscles need the blood when your exercising and your stomach needs the blood for digesting. A small snack before is fine.
