Hi,

You probably need more healthy protein. Try nuts, tuna fish and crackers or cheese snacks. You might be dehydrated too. Try both and stay away from sugary snacks and hopefully you'll notice a difference.

Good luck!!

because you ate "Finding Nemo"

You probably need to stop thinking about food too much.

drink lot of water before eating..

Because you need to eat more. Eat only healthy things.

drink more fluids

try adding more food to your meals

You are dehydrated - drink more water! Drink at least 8 glasses per day. Most people feel thirst and mistake it for hunger.

I HOPE YOU AINT GOT WORMS`?? HA HA

it takes 20 minutes for your stomach to register the full feeling..you are probably thirsty so have a drink and wait 20 minutes..don't eat sweet things after a meal

you eat too quickly and have indigestion is probably the best bet. Also, if you exercise you will notice how you get hungrier quicker this is because all the food and the energy has been broken down by your body making you hungry. Take your time with your food and slow down. You may also have pulled a stomach muscle check with a physiotherapist to see what they can do.

you are a growing girk and your at an age where you might have a groth spurt

Do you follow the twenty minuts rule for your meals ?

If a meal take less than 20 minuts, the brain doesn't recieve the information that your stomack is full. So, if you can, try to eat less quickly.

Good luck.

Maybe ur thirsty??!

I believe you live next to a "Burger King".You need to move.!

try eating more fibre and water, the fibre(or roughage) absorbs the water and makes you feel fuller

A good healthy meal that will 'hold' you should have enough protein in it. Protein helps keep you satisfied longer between meals.
There are many ways to get protein, both in bigger meals and in snacks.
I dont know if you're a vegetarian or not, but lean chicken and fish are good sources of protein.
For snacks, peanut butter and an apple, or a hand ful of nuts are good.

Honestly, you're young enough and active enough where you can eat when you're hungry.
There's a difference between eating more often because you're hungry and eating when you're bored or upset or what have you.
I doubt there's anything wrong with you. But if this persists, I would ask your parents to take you to the doctor.

if you are 12 and feel hungry all the time you may just need to eat more, my little sister is very thin and is always hungry because she is still growing and has a fast metabolism. you are probably the same way. also, eating more protein/healthy fats in your meals makes them more satisfying. when eating your meals get a good balance of healthy carbs (beans, sweet potatoes, starchy veggies, quinoa, brown rice, etc), healthy protein (high quality meat, tempeh, beans, lentils, nuts, peanut butter) and healthy fat (peanut butter, coconut oil, olive oil, nuts, real organic butter (no margarine), tahini, seeds, etc).

i find that peanut butter has a stick to your ribs feeling and really fills that hollow spot. try eating a tbsp with 2 of your meals.

and go for the the real peanut butter that only contains peanuts, also look for organic. it is much tastier, richer and peanutty and more satisfying.
