A few questions about Dieting?!


Question: I started my diet. Its my 3rd week. So i go like walking/jogging 3 times a week for 20 min. I eat like normal. I eat peanut butter and all that stuff... No bread tho. or sweets. Well sometimes sweets...=D
Am i doing okay? because it doesnt seem like im loosing weight!=/
Also is it better to jog in the morning before you eat or in the evenings after your last meal?

Weight loss is very gradual and takes about two or three weeks of consistent work to really start happening. Just continue to monitor the scale once a week. Weight loss of 1 to 3 lbs is a normal flucuation. More than 3 lbs is a signal that something is changing.

As far as the running question is concerned. It is better to jog in the morning with a light snack than on an empty stomach. I answered someone's question earlier today who had a crappy run because it appears he didn't eat something first.

Jogging after your last meal may promote an additional desire to eat. You can do it as long as you eat light. You should ideally exercise two to three hours after a full meal and 1 1/2 hours to 2 1/2 hours after a snack.

Peanute better = sweet... It does have alot of protein for muscle building though.

What time you jog or run is irrevelant. Its on your personal prefrence. I do find that if you jog in the morning you feel more refreshed and you are less likely to cheat or mess up during the day. Also jogging in the morning gets you pumped up and you might find yourself doing a 2nd session at night.

after doing/folowing all ur deit plan n excercise, if ur not loosing weight means u r not burning enough.ur formula should be\
IF U WANNA LOOSE WEIGHT - burn more than u eat.if u eat 1000 cals a day .u got t burn more than 1000 cals( numbers r just for example).so that those extra calories the body needs will get from already stored fat which result in fat reduction in ur body.thus u loose weight

IF U WANNA MAINTAIN UR WEIGHT- eat 1000 cals per day and burn 1000 cals per day.so that u dont gain wt or loose wt.

IF U WANNA GAIN WEIGHT-eat 1400 cals a day and burn 1000 cals a day.those extra 400 cals u consume will turn into fat which makes u gain weight.
