"easy" exercises?!


Question: Back in may/june I pulled a muscle or 2 in my armpit/breast upper chest area. Its now December and its still sore. I was wondering if anyone knows of any easy exercises. I have been walking but lately with all this snow we have gotten its getting harder and the cold bothers my muscle sometimes. Keep in mind i can't do any exercise that bounce around alot. Thanks

I would definitely consult a doctor if you still have pain as that sounds much more involved than just pulling a muscle.

There are a lot of videos you can do that are light exercise... Sounds silly, but my one friend swears buy the Walking Away The Pounds videos... I've tried them, and I even bought them for my mom. They are kinda fun if you want to take it really easy. Of course, as with any exercise you can amp up the intensity by altering the moves slightly. Check it out :)

You might want to have that looked at if it's still hurting you.
Otherwise, doing some gentle wall-push ups at first to get the blood flowing to that area, ice & heat applications, regular push ups when you are ready for more.
