There is nothing "wrong" with you.
You are just over weight! Are others in your family over weight also? It could be hereditary and learned.
Nip this in the butt now, while you are still young.
Learn to eat healthy and get plenty of exercise.
Go see a Dietitian to help you get started!
Good Luck and Take care!

That would be considered obese - see a doctor - maybe he can prescribe an exercise plan and possibly something for weight loss

Yeah seek professional help please.

start slowly by walking and then up it to running. I was 190 lbs and 5 feet tall 8 weeks ago and i am now down to 177 lbs just by eating healthier and walking and doing exercices like crunches and push-ups. I couldn't do much at first as my body would get really sore easaly, but then the body's metabolism get better and makes exercising more easy. Take it easy, let your body guide you. But make sure you eat heathy foods, no junk food, nothing that has bread-crumbs around it or anything fried. You can't go wrong with green vegetables!! Cut back on carbs (no more than 2to 3 servings a day and drink lots of water when eating carbs). No sodas, even diet for at least 3 weeks and try to drink water instead of juice or coffee, etc. Good luck!

I would try to watch what you eat. Being overweight is unhealthy. And you must not be happy with yourself if you asked this question. So instead of eating a dozen cookies, try to eat two and instead of drinking 2 liters of pepsi, try drinking water. Being stick thin is not healthy either, but everyone has to find that happy medium. Good luck!

i have to say being this young and weighing 200 pounds isn't good. i mean we all like or love to eat different kinds of foods especially sweets but you are way to young and pretty to be this big. please get help right away so we don't see you on the news in years to come about the 1 thousand pound woman living in a bed

The two most important things for you to do right now is to focus on flexibility and on cardiovascular exercise. Pilates is great. you don't have to be able to do all the exercises to get the benefits of it. And at least 20 minutes of cardio three times a week. You will not lose a lot of weight right away but you will get your body ready for the process. As far as eating is concerned reduce the amount of simple sugars you take in. This means the snickers bars, honey buns and sodas are gone for a while. you can replace them with oatmeal, strawberries blueberries and a cereal with no more than 17 grams of sugar. All fruits are good but watch the portions on fruit juices. Also look out for High Fructose Corn Syrup in products it messes with your blood sugar making you hungrier sooner.

Remember this will all take time but you can do it. And THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU... YET... Take this time to start making some steps towards a more healthy lifestyle.

Yeah u are defintely over weight. Try to work out more and eat healthier. Drink lots of water also. That helps you lose weight ALOT. Not joking.

IF YOUR ONLY 5'3 AND 200 LBS, YOUR OVER WEIGHT, UNLESS IT'S ALL MUSCLE, WHICH I DOUBT, EAT LESS CALORIES TO LOOSE SOME WEIGHT AND DO SOME CARDIO, WHICH WILL HELP BURN SOME CALORIES.

It's really a matter of perspective. Obviously a majority of people who don't know you are gonna say there's something wrong with you. My question to you is --- are you comfortable with who you are? Who care what others think, what matters is what you think.
