How can i get ... Fat.. -er ........?!


Question: Well.. i just turned 13 on November 16. I am around 5 foot 3 and i ONLY weigh 85 pounds. I cant gain weight!! No matter how much i eat.. i cant gain weight.. even my friends say that i eat A LOT. its like im getting fat.. but only in the inside. it doesnt show on the outside. Does it have anything to do with heredity? Because my family is mainly skinny~ and.. well.. i am too skinny~ i try sooo hard to gain weight.. but it just never helps. PLEASEEEEEE i am desperate =[

Nothing wrong with being skinny ma man.
Your only 13 and ther is a lot of thing going on in your body right now you don't understand.
Im 6'4 and weigh just at 200lbs. Im a huge runner, cyclist. It's not all about being big.
Take a couple steps back and realize that you are only 13. You have testostrone that a adult would die for, energy that could power a small city. Don't rush the weight gain thing, and by all means don't think fat. If you want to gain weght lets do it the right way and gain muscle. And if you can't gain alot of muscle, then lets gets stronger.
What you eat today will relect what you become later in life. Start now with a healthy diet and you will get bigger.
I'm going to give you a few tips that should get you bigger the right way.
Workouts.....
lift weight...not to much. You don't want to hurt youself. Everyone starts somewere. Stay away from th pizza dinners. This doesnt mean you can't go out with mom and dad and have the friday night pizza. But limit youself. Ask you parents to help you with your goals.
Whey protein is a great body building suuplement easily avail at GNC or any supplement store. Stay with brand name stuff. There is a lot of crap avail these days from foreign countries. Twin Labs makes some great stuff. Watch for high carb content.
dude....you have your whole life ahead of yourself. Talk to your parents and do the research.

hehe why would you want to be fat? some people would do anything to be like you. you should stay just the way you are.

sit around all day on the couch and eat mcdonalds and greasy potato chips

It sounds like it's in your genes. You should be proud... haha most girls want to be skinny. You will get curves as you get older and I bet anything you will have a killer body when you are in high school. Just wait it out, you are probably going through your akward phase. We all go through them when we are growing up. =]

well i started working at a hardees resturant and i gained 45 lbs in 6 months eating it 2wice a week large fry hamburger or chicken strips large drink and a shake but dont get fat chicks are hot skinny lol

Your going about this all wrong. Never try to gain weight unless your doctor tells you too and then helps you do it. If your not sickly and underweight then your fine.

If you go on over eating and such then you'll gain weight and never be able to lose it.

Trust me, in 10 years or less you'll regret ever wishing you could gain weight.

If you eat too much it's unhealthy for your body inside so dont like put too much food inside then you might get sick and try eating some In n out (healthy fast food restaurant) or subway so you get some calories and transfat and getting some healthy food but most of all try eating some avocado i heard it has alot good fats~


dont push your self too hard

I was in your situation once, too. I'm 16 now though and I finally grew into myself. Give your body time, and you'll gain weight. However, there is nothing wrong with being skinny. TRUST ME, most people would like to be in your situation.
An easy way to gain weight is to drink milk. It is healthy but still has a lot of calories.

well im sorry that your too skinny dont try to exercise but eat fatty -healthy foods so you dont get diabetes.... just try to exercise less and see a doctor for help. i hope i helped!!!!!

i was exactly like that when I was younger. I ate way too much and when I matured I ballooned up, I'm 5' 9" now and I weigh 160 when I'm supposed to be around 135. slow down on the food intake or else you'll get too fat. It will balance out I promise.

Eat pleanty of protein (eg. chicken) and do some weights to build muscle. Limit your cardio as this helps you lose weight.
Really you can't change you body from what it is. If you are naturallty skinny you are naturally skinny. Nothing wrong with that (actually you are lucky you don't have to watch what you eat).
Adding muscle to your frame will make you appear larger, but you can't change genetics.

B4 changing ur diet always visit ur doctor
and find out how much u should weigh
and how much 2 gain or lose.
In da mean time just eat a well balanced diet.
