Should I loose weight??!


Question: Um well Im 14 and Im 170cm (5foot 7inch) and I weigh 55kg (123lbs) how much weight do I need to loose? I feel fat and I want to be skinny.

Maybe you just need to tone up. I can understand that you may have the qualifications for what people consider skinny and still not feel that way. I suggest running for ten minutes a day. Or a fast fat blasting workout, ie. kickboxing. Videos with Billy Blanks and Denise Austin are my favorite. And I combine this with eating at least one apple a day for a month when I need to lose weight, and I lost 10 pounds the last time I did it. I regularly eat healthy and exercise and use the apple as a fat burning booster, when I feel I need it most.

Your BMI is 19.3 - you're at the low end of the healthy weight range - if you lost weight you'd likely be at an unhealthy weight - you're DEFINITELY not fat!!

you're not especially overwieght, but what part of your body do you feel most insecure about. (stomach, legs thighs, etc. ) try to focus on exercises designed for that part of your body.

You are obviously a vain person who JUST wants to hear how skinny you are...

MAYBE ONLY 5 POUNDS IF ITS NESSESARY. ASK YOUR MOM OR DOCTER!

ahem .. your fine. you really don't need to lose anymore. i'm 15, your height and i weight 119lbs... but i hate it. My ribs stick out and my spine hurts against hard backed chairs.. also i seem to lack a backside =| . I f you wanna be that way , then go on a healthy diet... goin no lower than 1000kcal per day ... but i wouldn't advise it, your a healthy weight and thats not a lie, i've been told by my gp that i'm border line between healthy and underweight. try toning up and see how you feel then
