Hi there,
Please do not take any pills and do not do anything extreme. I say this not only because I care, but because those things, technically, will not give you the results you want, neither in the short term nor in the long term.

That said, the best "diet" does not exist no matter what anybody suggests. You have to understand that if you are overweight, it is because of the way of living which you have had until now, so the only way to choose to have a more fit body is to change this way of living.

However, understand that not a single human can change this quickly. We get used the way we like things and anyways any extreme change is not good for our health, our system.

To get you started, read the following in the Easy Basics section on the site I linked below:

Diet wont do you any good unless you exercise.

There is NO need for you to go on a "diet". Just eat your veggies a fruits and try to exercise. Go for a walk around your neighborhood with your mom/dad or older sibling. DO NOT take any pills, that is just temporary.

You are young and that is to yoru advantage. You can also maybe to some exercise videos. Go to the library and see if you find any you like. Once you find you you find fun to do have your parents buy it for you.

YOU CAN DO IT!

The only thing you need to do is stop eating refined sugars. Like cookies and cakes if you are eating them. Cut out white flour, eat only whole grains. Also, potatoes cause the pounds to pack on as well. Also, if you choose to eat a sweet, eat just a bite or two, enough to satisfy your craving.
