Have you ever eaten less then 1000 calories a day for over 2 weeks?!

yea and i slowed down my metabolism .... lost muscle and water weight thinking i was losing fat... and then once I started eating semi normal again I gained it back... only to go through the whole run around again. Did that for a year or 2 and messed up my body a lot. Now its finally back to normal by eating when i'm hungry... and eating what my body requires... as well as getting into the gym!

:/ that is not a healthy thing to do. The human body can burn 1500 calories just lying in bed doing nothing. Supplying it with too few calories can cause damage to your organs (Heart, brain, kidneys, liver, all that good stuff) and waste your muscles.

Yeah when I had food poisoning. But I wouldnt advise it. It is very unhealthy and your body will go into starvation mode and it can mess up your metabolism in the long run. I dont remember how much weight I lost because it was 7 years ago
