How to lose weight!~!!?!


Question: i nid help!cause I am only 13 year old but already 5okg pls help me to lose to 40.

to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.

Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.

Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.

no eating after 7pm !!

do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.

Try this for 3 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.

P.S.
American Whey protein is also good for a replacement meal.
Good taste and goes down smoothly.
Been taking it for 5 yrs now.

Use your mouth for talking and not so much eating

Eat healthy and exercise, its the only way to loose it and keep it off.

don't eat breakfast...

just exercise && go on diets
plzzzzz don`t starve urself!

u eat a little every two hours every day...only healthy food.
that speeds up ur metabolism and u lose weight.
what ever u do DONT stop eating altogether. thats prolly the worst thing u can do
even if ur not hungry, eat a little

sports that u enjoy
dont watch tv all day
jus be physical and not lazy

Exercises, and watch your food intake. Your only a child so you have to really be careful when it comes to dieting.

go on a diet, but still have healthy eating habits!! Work out for a for 30 mins. every day! cut back on the chips, chandy, soda, junky type foods : ( eat a big breakfast, and try to eat a small dinner!

well try working out and eating healthier foods.
don't try to go extreme take it easy and u will get through it

First you must research how much you should weigh at 13 for your height. Don't strive to be thin...strive to be healthy!

At thirteen you have many more feasible options than someone much older than you, sweetie. Your best bet is to get involved in some sport, or any extra-curricalar activity at your school that involves movement. All you need is 30mins of vigorous exercise each day and you will see the pounds begin to fall off. If you regulate your eating habits as well, they will fall off even faster. Don't eat when you are not hungry, eat only enough to be full when you are hungry. Don't over eat, don't drink sodas, drink juice. Skip the snacks in between meals, especially if you are not hungry .. I cannot stress that enough. This is the best way to lose weight, because it is EASY, you do not break your regular routine, you don't have to give up your favourite foods, you discipline yourself to eat to live (not live to eat) and most importantly you keep the weight off!

My mother lost 30lbs in a month by walking on her treadmill 30mins a day and regulating her eating habits. So I know it is possible! Good luck ... I'd love to hear about your progress! You can do it!
