What are some daily exercises I could do to loose weight?!

When you wake up in the morning do some sit-ups and crunches!!! Walking lunges and squats do a lot too.

I know this is off the wall but I just saw on the news where standing instead of sitting you burn more calories. Other than the obvious they said that it releases a hormone that when active burns more calories. They also suggested getting up during commercials to do small errands to keep the hormone going.
