What can i eat to increase fiber in my diet?!

I know Thomas makes wheat english muffins that have a lot of fiber in them. Most of the weight watchers foods have a lot of fiber in them as well.
Eat more whole grains, fruit, and veg. Especially apples, squash, celery. Things like that.
Also, learn to read labels - fiber is listed on them to make it easier.
