How to become less lazy?!


Question: Hi, It's hard once you have got yourself in a bad routine, but sit down and write out a list of what you would like to do , and what you would like to be doing in 6 months from now.
dont be too hard at first , try a walk arround the block for starters, or do a couple of laps in the pool (Swimming is one of the best ways to get your heart going),
then increase your list every week, to add in clean your room , clran the house , car etc instead of driving the car to the shop walk to the shop

Hunger...get hungry enough and you will learn to do all kinds of things.

get up and do something!!

Start doing something you like.

when u come back from school/work/whatever u do
do like 50 good pushups...5 sets of 10, and then go
take a shower...ul'll feel great and want to always do it

Lose your car keys and the remote for your TV. In fact lose all your remotes and plug the kettle into the roof so that you have to get up there to make coffee. In fact put the electricity off....wash everything by hand and make a fire outside to cook everything.

First have a planning of things to do and
watch sports

Cut the processed foods in your diet...the refined sugars, high fruitose corn syrups, etc... start your day w/ a walk... surprisingly it pumps up your energy level. Get good sleep... w/o the TV or radio in the backround.

you have to find what motivates you. for me it took a cancer scare. nothing like facing your own death to motivate you to make some real life changes. if you can latch onto something like failing health, or some long term goal, it helps. working and doing really come from inside. life is all in how you look at it. if there is something you dont like, change it. if you look in the mirror and see lazy, then change it. it is your choice and yours alone.

if u keep on reminding urself that u have lots of lots of work 2 do!
and when u engage urself in different kinds of activities.it will make u less lazyand more active.
