Fit for a 16 year old?!

Question: I am 16 years old and I am 5'6 and 126 pounds.I am just wondering if I am fit.I am a short distance runner but my mile time is 6:21 last time I did it at the begining of the year.I can do about 300 situps and 50 pushups in a row.I have a six pack.My max out for bench is only 145 pounds so i dont know if that is good since i way 125 pounds. Also i use 25 dumbells for curls and can do 3 reps of 8 with them.I play football,soccer,rollerhockey,and track and field.

just wondering if I am fit and if theres suggestions for a good workout plan to get stronger

126 sounds pretty light especially for being 5'6. I'm also 16 but I'm 5'10 and I weigh 165 I can bench 225 and easily do 50 push ups and 300 sit ups. I do 40 lb. dumbbells and 6 sets of 12 on each arm with them. I ran the mile in 6:34 last time.

And if I sound like I'm trying to be cocky or anything like that I'm not. I'm just stating facts. Because in my school I'm one of the smaller kids. We have the guys who are benching 295 and only 145 pounds at are school. So, I'm only comparing. I think that your definitely in shape. More endurance and toned shape then strong shape but its up to you to decide if you want to be quick and thin or jacked and middle sized.

Yeah you are fit! and very active that is a very good habbit to run and stuff, at 16!

<33 good luck && hope i helped!

I think its pretty obvious you're in a good physical condition... They say if you can press your body weight you're doing pretty good, and 6:21 is a reasonable time...

I think at this point I'd say you're body is more "toned" then "jacked".

If you're interested in upping your skills I'd advise martial arts... Working out only does so much, Martial Arts teaches you to use what you have to the fullest.

This is coming from a martial artist of 7 years (I'm 19). And I can tell you that at 140 I have taken two ppl at once who weigh 220 and 126, and I used to take 2 ppl 20 yards down the field before they got me...

Go for it, and keep it up :D
