What vitamins / supplements do you take?!

I am especially curious about experiences with non-vitamin supplements, such as antioxidants.

Daily I take:

Multi Vitamin
BCAAs ~ amino acid
100% whey protein
Flaxseed, fish oil or omega 3 vitamin supplement (prefer flaxseed oil)

I alternate a 30 day cycle of ZMA's and creatine. I just started this so I haven't quite gotten the hang of it but I seem to be getting some positive results in my workouts.
Love the ZMA's because they help me sleep!

I am extremely active and eat well on a modified bodybuilder diet. As long as I supplement and eat well I feel fine but if I stray and eat badly for a few days I feel awful. I supplement to cover my nutrition and to help gain/retain/repair lean muscle so I do think that it makes me feel better in the long run but it's a team effort....diet, supplement, rest/recovery, and exercise. I have done each of these alone and still felt like crap unfortunately but each individual is different.

I take:

100% Whey Protein
Amino Acids (BCAAs)
Multi-Vitamin
Fish Oil
Flaxseed Oil

I feel great cuz my body is always active... I train 6 days.. so I need whatever I can get.
