Liquid diet help?!


Question: I wanna go on a liquid diet for a while, what are some things I should eat? I'm 16 and I weigh 130 I'm 5'8 too...Please don't tell me I am a fine weight, whatever, just tell me what I should consume during this "diet".

Food and liquid.
Not going to tell you your weight is fine.

But I bet you're perfect the way you are.
The skin and bones look isn't in and probably won't catch the eyes of any guys.

Plus I weigh the same as you do and I'm skinny as it is. Seeing how you're female your body fat distributes on your body WAY differently than mine so you're probably lanky as it is.

Also you'll be lacking nutrients and won't feel good at all if you don't eat and only drink. I'm so serious. I tried to skip lunch and get some water and I felt like I was going to pass out until I got food.

Just don't try it, k kiddo?

You HAVE to be careful... You dont just jump into a liquid diet! You have to know how to ease into it, and especially how to come out of it! If you dont know what your doing your digestive system may take a hit... basically you may end up gaining weight, and messing up your insides. Be smart about how you go about doing things, so I guess this place is a good start :)

You may eat some vegetable shakes that you make at home .
You may put any vegetables you like. You should be drinkin soups without any other ingredients like chicken pieces. And you may drink lots and lots of fruit juice and tea of your choise.
?t's okay to do a liquid diet just don't exeed the time maximum time is 7 days than your metabolism will slow downand you'll gain the weight right back with an extra of 5 pounds. So i hope i helped

I won't lecture you too much, I'm interested in liquid dieting and some people (who are obviously BLIND) would say I need to gain weight. whatever.

You can't just jump up one day and be like WELL! TIME FOR A LIQUID DIET! Eat equal liquid/fluids one day, then slowly drink more fluids than you eat solids. You must do this to ease out of it, too, defnitly, or you'll gain all the weight back.

Have some smoothies with fresh or frozen fruit. If you must, add sugar, but don't add too much. Cut back on calories there. Green Tea works wonders, and tastes amazing, and is filling at around 0 calories depending on the brand. Drink some chicken noodle soup broth.

I would not recommend going on an all liquid diet. However if you do, you need to make sure that you get all of your nutrients. You will have to take supplements and vitamins to fill the void of food. Otherwise you will lack energy and not be in a good mood. The best would be some meal replacement shakes and multivitamins, along with other vitamins for specific minerals. I have listed a site below that offers some good products.
