I believe one of the most fun exercises to do that burns the most amount of fat is cardio kickboxing!! Very fun to do, and high intensity so it elevates your heart-rate to a high fat-burning pace...Some great forms of kickboxing that you could do that are available on dvd are the Tae Bo workouts by Billy Blanks, and/or Turbo Jam by Chalene Johnson...These two are sooo fun and burn the highest amount of calories per hour compared to other forms of exercise...
