Diet & can't stop eating!?!


Question: I'm on a diet and I do fine ALL day but at night I just get the crazyy urge to snack! Any tips on how to avoid snacking at night?

remove anything in your house that is constituted as a snack food or somthing you dont want to be eating. drink water or maybe a low fat health bar or something. you can control it though. just bc you have a craving. doesnt mean u have to eat.
i get cravings all the time. i usually eat an apple or some other sweet fruit like honeydew and such.

get some 5-HTP it will help reduce the late night carb cravings you need to take at least 600 mg daily,

Well you could try drinkining water or tea when you get really hungry.....either that or make your portions slightly bigger...or you could change something in your diet to keep yuo fuller for longer.... :( sorry i tried t help

drink water and eat some ice cubes ;) then brush your teeth (it make you think that because your mouth is clean you cannot eat again)

Yep, same here!! I've been trying to lose weight for as long as I can remember, it's damn hard and takes a lot of will power. I try having a piece of fruit, eaten very slowly, or celery is good. Drink water all day, that helps you feel full. Green tea is good for your weight loss too, try it. Good Luck!
