I do not believe in FAD DIETS just basic healthy eating my motto is HIGH FIBRE & LOW FATand enjoying walking. Having been around 12 stone for most of my life to have been 9 stone for the past 8 years has been wonderfull.
Give it a try and I hope this works for you.

No I have many vices. I do try my best when I can.

I have a healthy lifestyle. I eat a healthy diet of poultry, fish (not too much red meat), lots of fresh fruit and fresh vegetables, low fat dairy products, lots of fibre.

I do not conscientiously avoid anything. But certainly have in MODERATION foods that are high is saturated fat, sugar and salt. ie. biscuits, cakes, chocolate, sweets, crisps etc as they are very unhealthy in large quantities. These are no good at all for the waist line, blood pressure, heart and cholesterol.

I make sure I exercise on a regular basis too.
I do not smoke.
I drink in moderation (red wine).
Make sure I get enough sleep too.
