Whats ur guess on this?!

Question: how much weight will i lose eating raw??

i have been binging ~badly~ on carbs for a year. My weight has shot up..bad.. no job.. at home allll day for a year
I am 21, 5.6" and 173lbs

I am getting married in 24 days. How much weight do u think I will lose in that time.
I was thinking of doing atkins, but eating meat makes me feel sick , and i cannot stand cheese.. eugh!!

But I have a big belly.. I know atkins could help with this... Could Raw food do the same???
I have 24 days...

Oh yeah, everyday, I am power walking for 2 hours and keeping active all day!

What is YOUR GUESS on how much I will lose on the info I have given?

Thanks guys
(I dont wanna hear stuff on fads etc)

Exercise a LOT! Run on a tredmill for 2-3 hours per day, drink only water, eat only veggies and sometimes fruits. Occasionaly you can have some whole wheat bread. No dressing on your salad though!

Good Luck and CONGRATS!

If you can't eat meat or cheese you could supplement with protein shakes. You'd want ones that are high in protein, low in carbs, and low in calories and sugar. GNC is a good place to get them. Stay away from Slim Fast, Carnation Instant Breakfast, Kellogg's Protein Water, and anything else high in calories and sugar. Try to get in around 75-90 grams of protein every day, but keep your carbs to below 30 grams. Drink lots and lots of water. No soda, very little caffeine. Make your protein drinks with either water or Lite Soy Milk (I use Lite Chocolate Soy Milk with a chocolate protein powder from GNC). Stay active. If you have to snack, try beef/chicken jerky, or a bit of tuna. Stay away from breads, potatoes and pastas. Limit your fruits (they have a lot of sugar). Eat your protein first, (beans and fish are a good source too), then your vegetables, and then if you're still hungry a tiny bit of carbs. Good luck!

Edited to add: lol, yeah they don't taste all that great at first, but you get used to them. I mix two different powders together and then add some sugar-free Torani's syrup (the flavored syrup you can add to coffee). The syrup I use is Brown Sugar Cinammon, and when I add it to the two different kinds of choclate protein powder and my lite chocolate soy milk ... I have to say it's pretty darn good. Or maybe I've just gotten used to it and forgotten what real food tastes like :).
