Rapid weight loss is great but what's the point. You can lose 1-3 pounds of fat effectively each week. But if you lose any more you may be breaking down muscle tissue rather than fat. So be aware of this. You can jump on the scale and weigh less but at the cost of losing toned muscles...

Forget all these diets and just eat healthy for crying out loud. 2 hours of hard exercise? Please tell me your not going from doing nothing to 2 hard hours a day. If you had been doing just one hour a day you wouldn't need to be worrying about a "fix it" diet.

because that is the lowers caloric intake.

p.s. what is wrong with being large, i like my ladies large.
