Did i eat good today?!


Question: I am try to loose about 10-15 pounds. My meal plan for the day and most days is
breakfast- half a whole wheat english muffin, i boiled egg, half a grape fruit and a yogurt.
3 hours later- bannana, mini orange, and 4 different types of veggies
3 hours later- wild salmon salad- no dressing because i forgot it, all bran bar, and more veggies
3 hours later- apple, another orange
3hours later- oatmeal, veggies, almonds and maybe some pinapple
Some days wheni have time i add some chicken breast with the oatmeal mostly when i work out.These are the foods i enjoy, i dont think i need to diet cause everything i like is good for you!!!!!! what do you think??? i also work out 3-4 days a week for an hour or so and i also work 13 hour days!

Thats a perfect diet, if you want to speed more your metabolism, do cardio in the mornings and weights at night, do you know that after you work out you still burn calories, so splitting your routine you will burn more fat ,

Mornings
Monday wednesday and friday, run 40 min, tuesday and thursday do intervals.

Afternoon
Weights 3 days
I really recomend for women to work out hamstring twice a week, shoulder, and tricep, choose two exercises 3 set 15 reps, If you have nice harmstring you have sexy legs. ( and pevent celullite )

do you feel filled
I mean vegetables and fruits keep you hungry
mmm I think it's healthy

Actually that's not bad.

I would say you need to add more protein, possibly at dinner time but beyond that it looks okay to me.

Just make sure that you're eating enough and not going below 1200 calories a day.

It looks to me like you need to add more protein and whole grains to your meal plan. You can actually cut down on the fruit as it may be too much sugar, albeit natural. Take a look at the food pyramid to see what a proper balance should be.

PLus make sure you drink a half gallon of distill or spring water.
NO SODA will ruin your diet plan :)
