a cup of coffee isn't going to harm you.
drinking tons of gatorade will destroy your diet- it's loaded with sugar (a serving has 50 calories, and a bottle has 2.5 servings). There's really no reason to drink gatorade if you're not working out a lot, or have diarrhea/fever that's causing you to lose fluids and minerals. It's just empty sugar calories
Try to switch to water or a water with lemon juice/ a bit of OJ.

i think you should give your stomach a 'cushion' first, and not just go straight to those drinks...

YES!

I bet you pee alot

One cup of coffee won't hurt you unless you put tons of cream and sugar in it.

Gatorade is very sugary though and is best left alone.

Yes acutally the gatorade can cause you to not lose weight. Its full of calories and is honestly not necessary. Gatorade is usefull in replenishing the salts you lose from sweating, but unless youra marathon type exercisor or work in a desert atmoshphere, simple eating healthy and drinking plenty of water is sufficient. The coffee, if you drink it black, has no calories. Half and half and sugar to flavor your coffee are full of fat and calories, so be carefull using those.

coffe is ok in moderation, but gatorade is full of simple carbs, which is a diet no no. plain water is the best choice, if you dont like plain water, you can buy crystal light. it is low calorie, cheap, and makes the water more palatable.

the coffee not so bad, but tons of Gatorade, YES!!! It has alot of sodium in it so alot is not good unless you perspire alot.

The cup of coffe is kewl. The tons of gatorade or any sport drink is only kewl on a limited basis. If the sport-drink gives you electrolytes, for example, you can cause your body harm. It seems the body doesn't know how much is needed for good health. This creates an imbalance. Not kewl!
I reccomend lots of water, a good daily vitamin, and a balanced diet. Good luck.
