Push ups?????????!


Question: Ok. i want see able results as fast as possible. What tricks should i do? I heard that you should do pushups only every other day or so...Is that true or is it a myth? I was going to do 60 a night.. is this smart???

try this ten day plan that i did and it did help. the goal was to be able to do alot of pushups after it was over.

on days 1,3,5,7,9 you do 200 pushups in as little amount of sets possible at one time so if thats 8x25 or 4x50 or whatever you can do, do it.

on days 2,4,6,8,10 you do 200 pushups throughout the day so space it out as evenly as possible maybe doing 20 when waking then doing the others throughout the day whenever you get a chance to get down.

60 is good but watch your form. I do them every second day to let the muscles recover but if you can do them every night, there's no harm. Try narrow handed pushups, activates more muscles & is toughter to do so makes you stronger/bigger faster
