Is it true that sweating helps you lose weight? If so, how?!

Question: It is only a temporary weight loss. As soon as you drink, you regain the weight. It is simply that you have less water in your body so you naturally weigh less.

yes, (did you know your sweat is pretty much your urine.)

When you sweat you are losing water weight, but the physical actions leading up to the sweat is what burns the excess fat you have.

Losing weight due to sweating is just water weight. It works quickly but you gain it all back when you replace the water.

Unless of course you are sweating from exercise.

it does.... cause in order to sweat u are working ur body to a extend where its reacting by sweating, but i heared that u need to drink lots of fluids specially water if u plan to do alot of sweating, by working out or ect...

No. The weight you lose by sweating is water weight. You regain it the first time you take a drink.

yes but i wouldnt recommend it

No - it is just a loss of moisture.

It will need to be replaced.

Yes. Anytime you sweat your burning carbs. If you exercise and you don't sweat that means your not burning anything.

EXERCISE + SWEAT = WEIGHT LOSS.

No, what utter codswallop!
