Question about purposely gaining weight?!


Question: I'm skinny and want to put on some weight, i'm nearing 6ft but i'm only 67kg - i dont want your opinion if i should put it on.
I also have a problem with spots
So are there any foods i can eat that will put more meat on me(gain me weight) without causing outbreaks ??

I was also skinny as you, but now I weight about 80kg. The food you should eat is: Meat, Eggs, Chesses, Vegetables and Fruits. You should also exercise. Pick a sport you like or go to the gym, I chose both. And remember, If you don't respect your body, nobody is going to respect you.

increase your intake on calories, go to a supplement store, and purchase a weight gainer protein, i highly recommend working out to help gain healthy weight. I've gained 10lbs in a month. Looking alot better already.

I would recommend an actual Protein Powder that you can add to a glass of milk. My son is very thin and one way he was able to add some weight to his thin frame was to do exactly as I suggested. You can find these types of Products at Health Food stores. They come in assorted flavors! Good Luck!

just binge out on maccas nd fast fatty foods for a few weeks, i did that and gained about 17 kg with out n e side affects (other than a pudgy chubby stomach) i got the result i wanted good luck
