Which is healthier/less unhealthy?!

Question: Shop-bought oven chips (e.g. McCain's) or slices of potato cooked in the oven in groundnut oil?

I would have assumed the latter, but I don't know enough to decide.

I would go for Potatoes cooked in the oven. Try sesame oil it is tasty.

I would say the 2nd one but MaCains aren't that bad these days either

home made is better and nicer and healthier

I actually think that when it comes to wanting to eat healthier - unless it is obvious like eating fresh veg - then you are better off buying packaged stuff like McCain's.

Simply because you can be 100% sure of the nutritional content and compare kcals with other packaged brands.

With home cooked chips, you just don't know unless you send them off to a scientist to get analysed ;)

I think you right.
