I'm 13, 5'3 and 105 pounds...?!


Question: am I at a risk of overweight? My friends say im anorexic just because I don't eat.....why? I mean, like, I eat about 500 calories a day...I eat one apple, and then a 6in subway sandwhich with wheat, chicken, lettuce, light ranch....good?

At 5'3 your ideal weight would be 115 lbs so you are actually 10 lbs below your ideal weight but so what. If you feel OK then you probably are OK. You are certainly not overweight.

you need more than 500 calories a day. 105 is light for 5' 3' . you are probally very skinny,.

well, to tell you the truth, you need more than that actually. it is not healthy at all. you could end up losing your muscles. i'm definitely not tell you to eat a lot, but eat the right amount.

go up to 110, you'll still be skinny, but more healthy...

105 is an acceptable weight. You need at least 1600 calories each day. If you keep eating 500 calories, you will get way too thin, your body will not get enough nutrients and your health will suffer greatly.

No its not likely 4 u 2 become overweight
it is much more likely 4 u 2 bacome underweight.
500 calories per day isn't much u should try eating
